Everything you need to know before ordering, topping up, or building with the API.
Start times vary by service, platform, and current demand. Review the service description before ordering, then follow the live status in your order history.
Pending means the order is queued. In progress means delivery has started. Completed means the full quantity was delivered. Partial means part of the order could not be finished and the unused amount was returned to your balance. Canceled means the order did not run and the charge was returned.
When a service cannot finish the full quantity, the undelivered remainder is automatically refunded to your panel balance. The Refunds page lists every returned amount.
If the service includes refill protection, open a support request with your order ID and we will review eligibility. Approved refill requests are handled through support.
Services with refill coverage show it in the service name and description, for example a 30-day window. If numbers drop inside that window, send a support request with the order ID โ eligibility is confirmed against the service terms.
Services marked Cancel Enabled can be canceled if delivery has not completed. Use the cancel action in your order history or send a support request with the order ID. Amounts for undelivered portions return to your balance.
Use exactly the link format shown in the service description โ for example, a profile link for followers or a post or video link for likes and views. An unsupported or inaccessible link can prevent delivery.
Many services require a public profile, page, or post. Follow the selected service's requirements and keep the submitted link accessible until the order is complete.
Yes, but wait until the first order completes. Overlapping orders on the same link make the counts impossible to separate and can delay both orders.
Open a support request with the order ID and we will review it. Every service has its own realistic speed, shown in the description โ speeds are averages, not guarantees.
You can top up with the methods shown on the Add funds page. Options may include crypto, card checkout, and other instant methods depending on availability in your region.
Payment confirmation time depends on the selected method and, for crypto, the network. If a completed payment is not reflected in your balance, send a support request with the payment reference.
When an order cannot be completed, the unused amount is returned to your panel balance automatically. For payment-specific issues, contact support with the transaction details โ refund handling follows the Refund Policy.
Some methods show a bonus percentage on the Add funds page. The bonus is credited together with your top-up when the payment confirms.
Panel balance is order credit and is not withdrawable as cash. See the Refund Policy for the cases where payment-level review applies.
The Add funds page lists your payment history with a downloadable invoice for each completed top-up.
Most services use public profile, channel, or post links โ you never share your password. Review the service requirements before ordering so the submitted link matches the selected service.
Use the password reset page and we will email you a secure link to choose a new password.
Use a strong unique password, keep your email current, and never share your password or API key. Contact support immediately if anything looks unfamiliar.
A confirmed email helps you receive account messages and recover access when needed. If email confirmation is available for your account, you can complete it from the Notifications page.
Open a support request from the Support page. Include order IDs, links, and a clear description โ the more detail you give, the faster the resolution.
