How SMM.GG handles account, payment, order, and support information.
We collect information needed to operate the panel, including account details, order data, payment references, API activity, support messages, security logs, device/browser data, and basic analytics data.
Information is used to process orders, apply payments, provide support, secure accounts, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain service quality, improve the platform, and comply with legal or payment-network requirements.
Account, order, payment, and support data may be processed by technical systems, hosting services, payment processors, fraud-prevention tools, analytics tools, and delivery infrastructure only as needed to operate SMM.GG. We do not sell user personal information.
Where applicable, SMM.GG handles personal information in line with Canadian privacy requirements, including PIPEDA. Users may contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or review of their personal information, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and operational retention needs.
We may send service, security, payment, and support messages when needed. Marketing messages are sent only where consent exists or where permitted by law, and commercial messages include unsubscribe options where required.
Users are responsible for keeping login details and API keys private. Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for platform operation, support, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, and security. Some records may be retained after account closure where required or permitted by law.
