Funds added to an account are prepaid digital balance for SMM.GG services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, credited balance is not withdrawn back to the original payment method after payment is completed.
If an order cannot be completed or is partially completed because of a service failure, the unused amount may be returned to account balance after system or support review.
Drops are not automatically refundable. Services marked with refill protection may be eligible for replacement during the stated refill period. Open a ticket with the order ID so support can review it.
Orders submitted with wrong links, private pages, deleted posts, changed usernames, inaccessible content, or the wrong service selection may not be refundable.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays, social-platform updates, account restrictions, removed content, or changed links do not automatically qualify for refund or balance credit.
If a payment or balance credit looks incorrect, contact support first. Fraud, unauthorized payment use, false claims, or chargeback abuse may result in account restriction, balance review, and evidence submission to payment processors.
